If you plan to come to the Summer Festival, please register online. After the registration, you will be able to make online paper submission and registration fee payment.

 Registration fee:

  • International Conference
  • $200, members of the Game Theory Society
  • $250, non-members
  • $25, students

 ( NOTE: discount for members of the Game Theory Society)

  • Workshop on Innovations, Patents and Licensing
  • Workshop on Strategic Aspects of Terrorism, Security, and Espionage
  • $100, non-students
  • Free, students

Payment should be received by June 21, 2014. A late charge of $50 will be added after this date. The fee covers costs for conference and workshop handouts, organization expenses, refreshments, and receptions.

(Notice that International Conference fee includes also workshops attendance - no separate fee is required)

We encourage you  to pay online, via PayPal. Alternatively, we accept payments by personal checks, money orders, or travelers checks made payable to Center for Game Theory (please use the registration fee payment form, Word  or PDF format), sent to:

Cancellation policy: If you use online payment and cancel your registration within 30 days from the date of your payment, we will process instant refund of your registration fee. Otherwise, the handling charge of $5 will be withheld, and the reimbursement process may take up to two months.

Submission for the International Conference

Please make a submission online

o         Your full name, affiliation and e-mail address;

o         An extended abstract (up to 3 pages) or, if possible, a full paper (preferably, in PDF format). This paper will become downloadable from our website if your submission is accepted; and

o         A short abstract (up to 2000 symbols). The abstract will be printed in the book of abstracts.

The official deadline for receiving submissions is April 15, 2014. Please observe this deadline so that talks may be scheduled in the most appropriate manner. By the beginning of May, we will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your paper. In the former case, we will send you an e-mail with information on registration fee payment, accommodation possibilities, and arrival instructions. The schedule of talks on the conference will be announced by the middle of May.
